High quality tote bags, lightweight, folding chairs or stadium cushions, food items like granola bars or bottled water are great ways to get traffic to your booth again and again. Use pre-show literature and at-show banners and balloons to hammer home why your customer to be should go ahead and place that order today, right now, instead of tomorrow when your competition has a chance to talk to them.

Nothing beats promotional products at helping your prospects remember you. Nothing. Radio ads, TV ads, newspapers, and even sales literature are all quickly forgotten, lost or trashed in the hustle, bustle of everyday business. They may be necessary and even essential in certain circumstances, but, in this environment and this arena, the well-crafted 'Promo' is the king. Try this...before the show, send your prospects an invitation to the show along with a packet of coffee, cappuccino or cocoa and a promise of a beautiful, high quality mug and a chance to will a free cappuccino maker at the show. As you are handing them their beautiful mug, along with your company literature and sales info, take the time to remind them why it is that they should buy whatever it is you sell from you. Before they leave your booth tell them that you would be 'proud and honored' to send them a ceramic coaster that perfectly matches their mug so their set will be complete. All they have to do is fill out this short survey and customer profile. A week or so later they receive their coaster, a personal thank you from you along with the information they requested on the survey and another discussion of why it is that they should purchase whatever it is from you.
